Waukesha State Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Post Closer to ensure the accurate and timely completion of residential mortgage loan closings. This role oversees post-closing activities, supports secondary market operations, and ensures compliance with HMDA and mortgage regulations. The ideal candidate has mortgage experience, strong technical skills, and proficiency in Excel and mortgage software. Responsibilities include verifying loan accuracy, reconciling general ledger accounts, pricing and locking loans, and overseeing investor sales. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to update procedures and mentor others.
