Jammin' in the Park is held annually on the first Friday of June (June 7, 2024). It is a not-for-profit event organized by the Muskego Area Chamber of Commerce to build community spirit and pride in our city while supporting and celebrating local business and nonprofit organizations. This event is funded by sponsorships, donations, and vendor fees.

- The Chamber is considered the organizer of the event and required to submit proper information, permits, and license to local, county, and state entities. These include:
- An Event Permit and Vendor Map to the City of Muskego
- Participating Vendor List to the Waukesha County Health Department
- Business Information on Form S-240 for every participating business and organization as required by WI Dept of Revenue Temporary Events
- Note: A limited number of food and beverage vendors are pre-selected by the Chamber's Events Committee. The 2024 vendors are already secured. Please do not register as a food or beverage vendor.
- All required vendor paperwork must be on file with The Chamber by April 30, 2024. Vendors who have not registered and submitted this information will not be allowed to participate. The Chamber reserves the right to deny a vendor's participation or activity if outside the event guidelines or mission.
Ad Opportunities
- Valpak Ad (Available to Chamber Members Only): $115-$125. Limited ad space available first come, first paid when ad registration opens. Valpak ad mailed to all 53150 residents the first week of June.
- Ad Opportunity for Any Business Not Sponsoring or Participating: $50. Muskego business, organizations, and individuals who wish to support the event may purchase a 2"x 3" ad space in our marketing materials. Ads appear in printed marketing and are shared online/social media.
Vendor Pricing
- Food/Beverage Vendors: Vendors are pre-selected by the Chamber's Events Committee according to event needs. A vendor fee and deposit is required. Note: All 2024 food and beverage vendors are secured. No other food/beverage vendors are needed.
- Muskego Chamber Members: Must be a current member in good standing with no outstanding balances. No sales or giveaways of food/ beverage (except individually packaged candy) and no live music allowed in these vendor spaces.
- For Profit: $100
- Non-Profit Organizations: $75 (includes student clubs under Muskego-Norway School District)
- Non-Chamber Business or Organization: Local businesses preferred. The Chamber reserves the right to deny participation based on event's needs. No sales or giveaways of food/ beverage (except individually packaged candy) and no live music allowed in these vendor spaces.
- For Profit: $385
- Non-Profit Organizations: $150
To Register as A Vendor or to Purchase A Marketing Ad:
- Download and review the 2024 Jammin' in the Park Guidelines. Your registration and payment indicates you have read and agree to the guidelines.
- Use the Registration Button on the upper right sidebar of this page.
- Muskego Chamber Members: Login and select the correct vendor option. Payment is required and you will receive an email confirmation. Submit all required forms to executivedirector@muskego.org. (See details below).
- Non-Members: Use "Not A Member?" option and click on the link to register as a guest. Select the correct vendor option. Payment is required and you will receive an email confirmation. Submit all required forms to executivedirector@muskego.org. (See details below).
- Note: If your business or organization is only purchasing an ad in our marketing materials, you may answer N/A to all vendor questions.
- Registration requires the following information:
- Vendor Contact Information (used to communicate event details to vendors)
- A Description of the Family Activity Provided by the Vendor. Please be specific about the activity. See #4 under the 2024 Jammin' Guidelines regarding ideas and restrictions on activities.
- Preferred Vendor Space (subject to approval by The Chamber)
- Download, complete, and email scanned copies of the following forms to executivedirector@muskego.org.
- A Copy of Your Business/Organization Certificate of Insurance (contact your insurance agency for these form)
- Signed Vendor Waiver of Liability Form
- WI Department of Revenue Form S-240 Part C: Vendor Information(Vendors only need to fill out Part C)
