Cafe Manager/Head Chef
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Café Manager/Head Chef to create and manage our in-house food service program. This individual will oversee all aspects of daily café operations, menu development, and food preparation while ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience for our employees. Must have excellent attention to detail, a friendly demeanor, and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a breakfast and lunch program that meets the needs of Inpro employees.
- Plan, create, and update menu offerings with a focus on quality, variety, and nutritional balance.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high culinary standards.
- Manage kitchen operations, including ordering ingredients, inventory control, and maintaining cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Lead and mentor café staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with employees and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Continuously seek feedback to improve food service offerings and overall dining experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, Café Manager, or similar role.
- Strong culinary and menu planning skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in developing and managing food service operations.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality food and service.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
- Positive, friendly attitude with a passion for hospitality.
